As I said this morning, today hasn’t been a great day. I’m in pain with my hEDs, and I’m exhausted. So today has mainly been a rest day, with the exception of going to work for a few hours.
On top of the hEDs, I’ve got a reaction to the covid vaccine. I had he jab 2 weeks ago and I still have a large, sore, red lump where I had the jab. I got given antibiotics because the doctor said it looked infected. I’ve completed the course of pills and it’s still the same. So today, I went to the pharmacist and he took a look and told me he thinks a Doctor needs to look at it.
So, I rang the doctors, and I’ve arranged for the Doctor to call tomorrow, and they said the doctor will then decide if they actually need to see me or not. So update tomorrow.
I then went to work. Work was okay, nothing special, not too bad but I’m exhausted and really was counting the minutes until home time.
Back home, we’ve chilled and watched TV.
Today I didn’t do any exercise or reach my step count target but I have managed just over 5000 steps.
THREE POSITIVES FROM TODAY:
1. I had a rest day
2. I got over my anxiety and sought help about my arm
3. I managed 5000 steps
