Today was run 3, the final run of the first week of Couch to 5k. It was a really tough run today. We struggled quite a lot. It was cold.
The lake we run around was really busy with people, and me and my sister became very self conscious. My sister didn’t want to carry on after only the second run, we took a seat on a bench on the bridge and I carried on running up and down the bridge, but even I had to stop.
I get really bad cramp in my right calf muscle, every single time I run, it really hurts and cramps up. I do a warm up and stretch out before but it’s not helping, and it’s only ever on my right that hurts. If anybody has any idea why or how to help it, please comment and let me know.
So we didn’t complete the run today, with my sister’s anxiety and the pain I was in running. We took a bit of a walk where I took amazing photos, then went back home.



I had work this evening and completed my step count at work.
Me and my sister plan on doing our next run on Wednesday.

2. I had an Easter Egg today
3. I hit my step count target
