So firstly, I’d like to point out that I realise yesterday’s post was titled the 11th when it was actually the 12th… oops!
This morning I woke up feeling quite low and anxious. I had to go to work, and I’m really not enjoying it right now.
I got up, watched some TV and then got ready for work.
Work actually wasn’t all that bad, a bit busy, non-stop. I got through it.
I haven’t really done any exercise today, however I did manage to do over 7000 steps at work.
B cooked me food for when I got home and we had a lovely meal, and a raspberry sponge for after.
THREE POSITIVES FROM TODAY:
1. Work went better than I thought it would it be
2. I ate some really tasty sweets
3. I have an amazing fiancé who cooks me a nice meal after I worked all day
Tomorrow is a day off work, and we have a zoom cheerleading session in the evening so I’m planning a nice, easy day.
